Friday Family Film Night: THELMA review

In which the Mister joins me in reviewing THELMA (2024), from writer/director Josh Margolin.  When the fiercely independent Thelma (an absolutely fabulous June Squibb) gets scammed out of $10,000 her family thinks it might be time to move her into an assisted living facility.  After overhearing their plans, she sets out on a quest to not only prove she can be independent but find the scammers and get her money back.  The film has a run time of 1 h and 38 m, and is rated PG-13.  It is to buy/rent on Prime Video.  Please note there are SPOILERS in this review.

This episode of the podcast goes out to Suzy, an old friend, and Angie, a new friend but both very very dear friends.
