In which the Mister joins me in reviewing THE TOMORROW WAR (2021), currently streaming on Amazon Prime. Written by Zach Dean and directed by Chris McKay, the film tells the story of Dan (Chris Pratt) a high schoolscience teacher who loses a job opportunity on the same day that theearth gets visitors from 30 years in the future who’ve come to recruit soldiers to a future war that is proving to be the end of humanity. Good action sequences and fantastic FX work make this a fun summer watch. The film is rated PG-13 and the run time clocks in at 2 h 20 m. Please note there are SPOILERS in this review.
