In which the Mister and Monsters join me in reviewing SONIC THE HEDGEHOG 2 (2022) which is currently streaming on Epix and Paramount+, but also for buy/rent on Prime. The film, with screenplay credits to Josh Miller, Pat Casey and JohnWhittington, is directed by Jeff Fowler. The story continues immediatelyafter the first and Sonic (voiced by Ben Schwartz) as he settles into life in Green Hills withTom (James Marsden) and Maddie (Tika Sumpter) after the crazy adventure of the first film. Dr Robotnik (Jim Carrey) returns with a powerfulally,Knuckles (Idris Elba) and they’re out tocrush Sonic. Willthey succeed? And who is this cutie Tails (Colleen O’Shaughnessey)??? You’ll have to check it out to find out. The film has a run time of 2 h 2 m, and is rated PG. Please note there are SPOILERS in this review.
