In which the Mister joins me in reviewing SMILE (2022), currently playing on Epix and Paramount+. Written and directed by Parker Finn, the film follows Rose (Sosie Bacon) who witnesses a traumatic incident by a patient and then finds herself in a race against time to try and figure out what’s happening to her. A clever ad campaign helped this film generate some serious revenue but its a weak story without much horror. The film has a run time of 1 h and 55 m and is rated R. Please note there are SPOILERS in this review.
