In which the Mister joins me in reviewing MALIGNANT (2021), currently available on HBO Max and in theaters today, September 10. Directed by James Wan with a script by Akela Cooper, the story follows Madison (Annabelle Wallis) a woman who is plagued by horrible visions of murders that just may be real and unlock a deep, horrible secret that may put to test everything Madison holds dear. A very predictable and mediocre script, lackluster acting and lack of horror bump this particular film to unwatchable – watch at your own risk of boredom. The film is rated R and the run time is 1 h 51 m. Please note there are SPOILERS in this review.
