Friday Family Film Night: FRESH review

In which the Mister joins me in reviewing FRESH (2022), which is currently streaming on Hulu. Directed by Mimi Cave, with writing credits to Lauryn Kahn, the film follows Noa (Daisy Edgar-Jones), a young woman who’s just trying to make a connection as she navigates the treacherous world of dating. After a particularly disastrous date, she heads over to do some late night supermarket shopping and meets Steve (Sebastian Stan) and throws caution to the wind when he asks her for her phone number. Is he really the one or just another bad date? You’ll have to see to find out but spoiler alert, we really, really really liked this one A LOT so go check it out. The film has a run time of 1 h 54 m and is rated R. Please note there are SPOILERS in this review.
