In which the Mister and Monsters join me in reviewing FEAR STREET: PART ONE – 1994 (2021), the first part of a 3-part anthology currently streaming on Netflix and based on the FEAR STREET books by R.L. Stine. Screenplay credits to Phil Graziadei and Leigh Janiak and also directed by Leigh Janiak, the film is set in the town of Shadyside which is home to far more than it’s fair share of murder and mayhem. Will Deana, Sam and their friends survivethe night and solve the mystery of the supernatural happenings in town that seem to always lead to death? The film is rated R and the run time is 1 h 47 m.
