Friday Family Film Night: DUNGEONS AND DRAGONS: HONOR AMONG THIEVES review

In which the Mister and Monsters join me in reviewing DUNGEONS AND DRAGONS: HONOR AMONG THIEVES (2023) which is still playing at theaters or available on Prime Video for buy/rent.  From directors John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein, from a script by Jonathan Goldstein, John Francis Daley and Michael Gilio, this film comes from a story by Chris McKay and Michael Gilio.  In this story we meet Edgin (Chris Pine) and Holga (Michelle Rodriguez), who are trying to get back to his daughter, Kira (Chloe Coleman).  They come to realize the friend they thought they could rely on is not what they seemed and then embark on an adventure to reunite with the family they know and created.  Sophia Lillas (Doric), Justice Smith (Simon), Hugh Grant (Forge), Regé-Jean Page (Xenk) and Daisy Head (Sofina) round out the cast.  A solid script, great performance and FX make this a fun watch and not to be missed.  The film clocks in at 2 h 14 m and is rated PG-13. Please note there are SPOILERS in this review.
