Friday Family Film Night: BLUE JAY review

In which the Mister joins me in reviewing BLUE JAY (2016), currently available on Netflix.  Directed by Alex Lehmann and written by Mark Duplass, we follow the story of how Amanda (Sarah Paulson) and Jim (Mark Duplass) reconnect after more than 2 decades and go down memory lane together in sometimes goofy and sometimes excruciatingly heartbreaking ways.  Paulson and Duplass are heartbreakingly beautiful as two people who come together again after so much time apart but you can tell they still have a deep love for each other.  The film has a run time of 1 h and 20 m and is unrated according to IMDB. Please note there are SPOILERS in this review.
