Today I am grateful for content creators like @madelaineturner on TikTok. They’ve entertained or informed or challenged and made the case for an issue or two. There have been fun stories and sad stories but what sets some apart from others is the compelling nature of the story being told. We can deep dive with these content creators on why a certain song works, why a certain director is a master or why some policy isn’t in line with the greater good or will of the people. These content creators have inspired or educated us. And that’s good and we all certainly needed that in 2020. I’m always so impressed by creative people. It takes a lot to be creative and to consistently offer up content for consumption. And when it’s good content that is even better. My hats off to all those out there who get that spark of inspiration and find a way to make something and then share it. It takes courage to make something that can be critiqued and panned by others and yet so many content creators continue to do just that – bare their soul for others. It’s inspiring to me and I made this 365 challenge to myself for this year with the intent to be more creative – fingers crossed.
I love Jane Austen and I love Mama Mia and this video is EVERYTHING that I had no idea I desperately needed. You can check it out HERE
There’s a lot of great stuff out there and I am sure I will shout out some others but I will start with Ms. Turner and say thank you, thank you, thank for this – it’s perfect!
