Today I am grateful for those who made the ultimate sacrifice and who we should all remember and give thanks to on Memorial Day. Before this day became the unofficial first day of summer or the reason for 3-day weekends or to indulge in sales, it was a way to remember those fallen members of the military who have made the ultimate sacrifice. This day is for them, those left behind and the families who also serve and in honor of those sacrifices as well.
